As if California experiencing some serious floods in the past months (and the still overflowing San Joaquin river and the damages it has caused) wasn’t enough, California is expected to potentially get heavy rainfall. A hurricane near Baja California will have some of its moisture spill into Southern, and even the Central Valley of California. Flash flooding is possible, but at the same time, at least the drought stricken state will get some more water.
