There’s something really hilarious with Fox News when one of their hosts, Host Dana Perino, just had to offer her opinion on Gavin Newsom’s recent round of tweets. These tweets, which are obviously parodying Trump’s online presence, such as by the use of ALL CAPS, a regurgitation of words that sound quite silly, comments that isn’t relevant to one’s job title (Governor/President), and outright ridiculous statements, were met with dismay. Perino is asking where is Newsom’s wife, why is he wasting time making ridiculous tweets, and that Governor Gavin Newsom should be more serious. HELLO?! We’ve had a controversial figure doing exactly what Perino is whining about (in case it isn’t clear as day, that’s Donald J Trump, the U.S. president from 2017-2021 and since 2025). Well thanks Perino for bringing Newsom’s point to your Fox News viewers, because they voted for a convicted felonious bolus that takes his little temper tantrums to social media. Perhaps Perino has more respect for Newsom than Trump, which would be why she’s more bothered to see Newsom parodying Trump rather than stating that maybe Trump should be much less of a joke.
