Last week, Entertainment Tonight aired ‘Friends’ 30th Anniversary special. I had a chance to take it in tonight with a good cocktail in hand. What was on the ET menu? Never before seen behind the scenes, interviews, and more from the ET Vault celebrating 30 years of ‘Friends.’ You can catch the whole episode below (sans commercials) if you are a YouTube Premium subscriber.
This edition was very well done, very interesting, chalked full of stuff I had never ever seen or hear before, and drops a very big news bomb. There is actually a reunion special being actively talked about between the surviving cast, less the very funny Matthew Perry. I also learned that MAX shelled out $425M for the rights to exclusively air all 10 seasons of Friends for five years back in 2020. They also shelled out a hefty price tag for the reunion special that aired back in 2022 with all six cast members.
