Former Vice President Kamala Harris announced today she will not be running in California’s gubernatorial race. On the one hand I’m disappointed because I think California deserves a highly competent and highly visible leader. We have that now in Gavin Newsom and I think Kamala Harris would keep us a bluer than blue liberal state.
