California is undoubtedly a bastion for Democrats, so its no surprise that a democrat will almost always occupy both of CA’ seats. Though Adam Schiff is the incumbent, other democrats had ran against him, but none of them are advancing. That’s thanks to Schiff running ads propping up Garvey, ensuring that Schiff advances so that he can very likely beat Garvey and claim his seat. Truly a chess move that can leave some bewildered.
